How Long To Take Daktarin

DIY Wedding Frame Plexiglass standalone

I'm going to write just before the Christmas break to suggest the creation of a frame a little different than usual, which can be a nice (and cheap) idea for gifts.
WHAT YOU NEED:
sheets of plexiglass 250x500x2 mm

-coated nickel 10mm tube

Screws 6mm-50mm long
Screws 6mm-16mm long
-nuts 6 mm

What tools

-Ruler
-Cutter

-screwdriver-saw-drill for iron

-Marker transparencies

REALIZATION

First dell'iummagina cut out any edges in order to have the exact size of the image you want framed.

Now let us mark the plexiglass to get a measure which tagliare.Io I used to fly the side to 25cm to 19 cm plexiglass chop side longo.

Now we can cut the first side of the frame. To cut the plexiglass I accounts for 4 / 5 times the line guide helping me with the ruler exerting little pressure on the cutter. Once you have crossed the area continued to dig while maintaining moderate pressure on the cutter to avoid get out of the guideline and ruin all the work. It takes a little patience, but the leaf is often only 2mm and soon begin to feel the first sign that crunches are almost at the end. At this time pay close attention to the points where the cutter stops in an attempt to library because you risk losing control and scratch the surface of the plexiglass.

Council to use as a reference to the first face to begin burning the second cut.

With the same attention as the first face, the second cut.

using the pen for transparencies marked on faces in places where drilling, I remained an inch from the edge of each side.

For the holes I recommend you use a fine point to make calls and then with the countersink bit for (in this case by 6mm). Once you create the pilot holes on the front face, they simply replicated on the second overlapping (held securely in place).
Another little hint .. there are drill bits made specifically for plastics because the tips tend to heat up normal and heat the plastic, so you'll be the tip of rivestita.Nulla serious enough to use a cutter and a little patience to peel; )

We must cut the pipes that will be used to hide the screws. You can use the hacksaw to the iron or (even more practical in my opinion) a Dremel.

There are 2 long that will be used for the part that holds up the frame and 2 short for the top screws. I have them cut into 4.1 cm 0.6 cm.

Now we have all the pieces we need and we just have to assemble the frame.
