The probative value of any instrument of electronic detection of vehicle speed (speed cameras, telelaser, etc ...) continue until you are not sure, in this case, based on national circumstances shown by the defects in construction, installation or functionality of the instrument, or situations, however, impediments to its smooth operation, without being able to get leverage in the opposite direction, on considerations purely conjectural, related to the suitability of the lack of review or periodic maintenance of equipment to hinder its effectiveness (Cass.
