approved electronic equipment regularly used to detect violations should not be subjected to controls under the law establishing the national system of calibration. This system of controls, in fact, a matter relating to metrology and, other than the electronic measurement of the speed and competence of administrative authorities different from those relevant to this case (Cass. civ. Sec. II, Ord., 09.17.2010, n. 19792).
